This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Double Deluxe Nudity Blur
I am playing Sims 2 on a disc version with everything except pets on one computer and also UC on another computer with no problem but trying to run it with Sims 2 Double Deluxe and it looks like it will work OK but can't get rid of nudity blur. Went to Sims PE and unchecked the blur and it seemed OK so played the game and still has blur....what do I need to do. Also, can you add more expansion packs to Double Deluxe, tried adding Seasons and can't get it to work properly ?

Thanks, worked great. Was familiar with that file but didn't know I could just put it in the downloads folder. How about my other question, can I add more expansion packs to Double Deluxe ???

OK, have Double Deluxe running with no problems. Installed Open for Business, completed successfully, patched it, then tried to run It with disc in drive. Message...Running the wrong version of Sims 2, use Double Deluxe instead. Run Double Deluxe and apparently, Open for Business is not installed...at least that is what it says. Had same problem with Seasons.... What am I doing wrong, want to install Business, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Apartment Life and Mansions and Gardens. ???????

Didn't you say that you had UC on another computer? I'd just put it on this computer as well and bugger Double Deluxe. XD

Yes I have Sims 2 UC running on another computer, Windows 10, and it is OK but can't run T&A on that computer or Windows 10 I guess. Best set up is on another computer with Windows 7 using the disc version but since I had Double Deluxe and for some reason can't install the disc version on a 3rd computer, I decided to try Dbl Deluxe. Every time I try to install an expansion pack with disc version and now also with Double Deluxe I get a message that I have uninstalled it. Have gone thru my Register and removed all mention of Sims 2 but so far no help. The third computer is also Win 7 64 bit. Its really just a challenge I guess. Its also on a LapTop with Windows 10, disc version.

When you are installing, are you changing the default directory it wants to install to?

How full is the drive that you are trying to install on?
Is your ant-virus off?

You asked if I changed the directory, not on this computer. Right now I have 1.38 TB free on C drive. I did change it on another computer because my C drive was only 125 GB but was Solid State. D drive was 1 TB so I made D drive my default drive and put everything except the system files on D drive.

No, never have turned off the anti virus but I'll give it a try. Using AVG, Herd Protect, and also use C Cleaner.
