This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Is there still no way to make sims use angle furniture to watch tv?
There are so many beautiful "corner sofas" out there and I really want to use them but my Sims simply won't read or sit to watch tv when there is one in the room. Is there any way to get them to use the furniture? They will sit on it if directed but that's about it. =[

I'm not sure if it works with the corner sofa, but it's definitely better than the default "watch from the only char directed to the tv" XD
