Default Why no TS3 CAS converting?
Is there no possibility to convert TS3 hair.package, or other things from the CAS, with the GEOM Converter?

Not easily. It's more than just the shape, it's all the bone assignments. Which as I currently understand it, has not been decoded yet. (Although progress is being made every day!)

It's bone assignments - TS4 has bones that weren't in TS3 plus TS4 may require the bones be in a particular order or something. Worse than that, the TS4 meshes seem to have morph and skeleton information built-in in a way we don't yet understand.

Moving to CAS Parts since it's specifically about hair (which is a CAS part).
