I want everything, and more :dumbfunny

Ok, seriously...

The ability to place a lot partly into the neighborhood water(great for beaches)

Being able to fish from a boat + using it to cross lakes on a lot!

Ability to select more than 1 roof color on the same lot!

Roofs that don't stick out from the walls(more flexible roofs)

Swim in ponds & the ability to create waterfalls between different levelled ponds.

More rocks(cliff-like)

And please more shrubs, flowers & trees - We definately need more vegetation!

And finally, for some strange reason I want ladders to be in this EP :bag:

Have shark attacks at night if you have stupid sims.
Surfing (Not sure if they have it)
You can live on the Island, and be a local.
