Default WCIF: Completely Empty Neighborhood
I'm sorry if this isn't the right place, but I don't believe there is a wcif thread for the original game. I'm looking for a neighborhood without any lots in old town. I think I found one like that once on CTO sims but that site is currently down it seems... Any help will be appreicated.

I don't know if there's a way to have a completely empty neighborhood.
I think the only way is to make the new neighborhood, then bulldoze all the lots in the new neighborhood.

CTO is having issues. If you have Livin' Large or later you can simply create a new UserDatax folder (if you have, say UserData9 you can make UserData10) and get a new neighborhood. It will be as blank as the game can generate. You may need to delete some sims and bulldoze some lots (the away lots will all be there, sadly) but you can always back this up and copy and paste the folder for future use.
