Apparently I'm a big ol' idiot and my game does not accept default skins being changed AT ALL and I had a great one for my zombies and nope, game won't allow it (This alien one here I accidentally deleted lol).

Basically any Sim I ever loaded with old defaults won't change to the new. My medieval hood did this and I had a few Sims walking around unmatched but that hood got deleted so now everything is good. So whatever I guess.

Anyway, I fixed the problem.Delete this

When CAS items won't update properly, it's usually a case of cache files gone awry. In a lot of these cases, deleting cache files tend to help.
