This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default S2PE low color/resolution textures
I was making my own default replacement makeup for my sims, after importing, editing and exporting the texture, when I click "commit" in the s2pe, the texture changes and it is in an uglier resolution, it is like to see a 144p video in youtube. What can I do?

How are you importing the textures? You get the best result using 'Build DXT'.

I can't use "Build DXT", i don't know why, But I use the export, next I edit the .png image with photoshop, next I save it as 512x512 .png image, and then I import it. It is not the only texture that it is like broken
here it is another one

EDIT: I have installed the dds features from nvidia

Seeing another post I saw that I have to enable it in SimPE, after doing that, looks really good, but in 256x256 or smaller resolutions does look really bad, at least, in CAS, the texture looks ok.

To be honest, I didn't expect that someone would reply my thread, because sims 2 it is getting a lot of years (like 10 or more?) and it is not that popular like sims 4, for example, thank you :lovestruc
