Holy crap this is awesome. I think I'll add these to all the prebuilt community lots in all of the neighborhoods in my game. Hell, I'll even add them to the custom neighborhoods I download.

Edit: Okay, so after redownloading this for use in the Ultimate Collection, it appears on the list of custom content that could corrupt the game that shows up upon loading up a neighborhood, but it still works fine.
