This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business
Default Saving house
I have built a house and saved it. How do I package my house outside the game to upload here as a download?

You package the lot from inside the game. Open the Lot Bin and then click on the lot. You one of the choices (aside from entering the lot) is to 'Package Lot'. This part of the Creator Guidelines goes into more detail: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=124539
