if the building is actually in a workable hotel setting it does

-->on that note--> I do not know the exact building style needed for a hotel yet so don't ask me.

it is just like with apartment base you need to have it made right for it to work
what else is the reason for the lot-mod-cheat to be there?

and yes I tried it .... and failed on my building specs

i changed it before being sure it was correct
then my computer failed on me and.........
my hotel lot is now no longer playable
so be sure about the specs before doing that

but you can ty and find the specs for a hotel on sims.wikia.com

Make sure you have Bon Vovage first (EP) then open the cheat box and type in, changelotzoing hotel and hit enter.
♂ + ♂ = ♥ - ♀ + ♀ = ♥ - ♀ + ♂ = ♥
