Hence the Lothario name existed way before the creation of The Sims 2 and isn't a name unique to the series, and why the name is associated with seduction of women.

Well thank you all I learn something about "Lover Boy" Lothario he happen to be my favorite Sims. After all these years since 2006 I have never let him age into being an elder.
In fact I have no idea what Lothario would even look like as an elderly Sims, in my game I turn him into a "Family Sims" and because he was in the habit of spreading his oats.

And sometime DNA around Pleasanview and was very well known for his play boy character, After I turn him into a Family Sims I created in body shop a beautiful female Sims name Rosa, ( After all who would marry Don the word was out about his sinful way. ) They are now married with twins a boy and girl, Don is a chief of staff ( top doctor ) His wife Rosa is a Business typcoon. They live in a Castle on a hill ( lol ) they are part of the snobbish rich.

NOTE: For some reason I think Don Lothario must have some kind of "Token" because over the years when he did have children they was always "Twins" it happen when he was single and now that he is married.
