Default How to build a walkable ramp from ground to second or third floor ?
I've been playing S2 almost since it's release.
Darn it all to heck --- I cannot remember how to make a walkable 'ramp'.
Like the ones in some of Wchery1860's lots.
Arrrggghhh !!!!!

I do know how to use the "Boolprop_constrainfloorelevation_false" ; and also how to build a hidden staircase to the upper floor -- where your sim seems to 'sink' into the ground and appears on the second floor.

But I remember there's a way to have your simmies 'walk' up a ramp from the flat ground level to the second or even third floor.
Without a deck and stairs attachment.

I miss Wchery1860.
But thankful there are still Sim2-ers' !!!!!!

Cannot do this without a deck.
Tried and there's no way to walk from the flat ground up a ramp.
But at least was able to make the ramp to the third floor level.
So whatever.

I wish I knew how to do that. Anytime I have tried placing things like ground/deck or deck/stage or any two things together the sims can't step over the join.

Oh... I can share a bit.
After a few days of struggle....
Made a third floor floor with the 3 story pillars.
Placed some floor.
Removed the pillars.
No walls yet.
Added a deck right next to the third floor.
Used "Boolprop constrainfloorelevation false" ; and dragged the deck surface up to the third floor.
Keep this on until your ramp is built.

Then raised the ground under the deck, sloping it upwards to the third story.
There has to be steps to walk up the ramp to the 3rd floor.

I never tried this, but when you select shift and place a deck on top of another deck, it makes a new higher deck.
Also works for making a multi leveled floor.
The walls adjust, and are 1/2 the size of the half wall option.

Tried this to put a fence on top of another fence, but it hasn't worked.

I think there's a way to hide the steps so it doesn't look like the sims HAVE to walk up a short stairs to access the deck.
