Now Listen, before you continue reading I just made an account and I don't know where to post this, so just bare with me.
Ok, so. I was playing with my sim (Sims 3) who just re-married her ex-husband, they had a child etc. The baby is now a toddler. But when the male sim comes on the lot recently it was playing Bongo-Like music, so I made him walk off the lot to see if it was him. It was. I'm not sure what it is, I thought it was because of the full moon but... It continued for a full sim week. I closed all programs, etc. It still continues. Anyone know what it is? I'm just gonna save and wait for replies. I'm super creeped out.

Then try resetting the sim.
