This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default I have the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection; why aren't my subhoods showing up as being able to be added?
I downloaded the clean shopping district templates for Pleasantview, Strangetown, Riverblossom Hills, Veronaville and Desiderata Valley, as well as the downtown template for Belladonna Cove, and neither show up in my game. Have I put them in the correct place?

Pleasantview, Strangetown, Riverblossom Hills, Veronaville and Desiderata Valley are in:
Program Files(x86)/Origin Games/The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection/Best Of Business/EP3/TSData/Res/NeighborhoodTemplate

and Belladonna Cove is in:
Program Files(x86)/Origin Games/The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection/Double Deluxe/EP2/TSData/Res/NeighborhoodTemplate

The shopping districts each have a prefix of 'B' and Belladonna Cove has a prefix of 'D'; is this all correct?

Assuming you're using the downtown version of BC, yes, that looks right.

Do you have Mootilda's fix that allows the "add subhood" and "add downtown" boxes to recognize new templates that didn't come with the original game?
