Is there anyone out there who may have an answer or a fix to the desktop crashing. Everything on my system is updated, however millions of us are still having a problem being able to play a continous game. I got about an hour of play time then the game just crashes to the desktop without warning. It's really really becoming anoying.

Also, I've had games Ive saved and then come back and everything is gone.

Game crashing is a symptom of one of any number of issues, and there are solutions for, or at least answers to, many of them - but you can't fix twenty different issues with just one solution.

The most common cause can be eliminated by you posting your system specs: Game Help:System Specs^wiki

When you saved the disappearing games, did you do anything different? Use task manager to close the game, have the game crash, turn off your computer before closing the game etc?
