Sims 3
After Downloading Mods
Okay, so I'm not entirely sure where this question should go, but I couldn't find any information about it.

I recently downloaded some of the mods and it has completely messed around with my sims >_<;;

It shouldn't be looking like this; should it?:

Before anyone says anything; it was working perfectly before I put the mods in; have tried
taking them out but it's still being a little dodgy with the ground and such other things.
I feel like such an idiot; I hate not being able to fix around this problem.

Is anyone else getting this problem and/or the shadows being choppy?

Sorry I can't come to the phone right now.

Please post in a normal font. If you use such a small font, you are discouraging people from reading your post and trying to help you.
Coffee, anyone?

Yes. Please post in normal font. I can barely read it. I would suggest you edit your posts to make them legible.

I'm worried that my latest Salvation Army donation will result in homeless people looking like sluts from the 90s.

Well, I managed to read it . And that's your issue. Your RAM, processor, and graphics are all far too weak to be playing TS3 - I'm mighty impressed you even managed to make it start up. Graphical issues are absolutely to be expected on that computer, as are crashing issues and other such lovelies.

I strongly recommend you read and follow these tips regarding your graphics: Game Help:Onboard Graphicswiki, but even if you do, I'd still except you to have significant difficulty playing TS3, and you must bear in mind that by forcing such a weak computer to run TS3, there's a good chance you're causing permanent damage to it - you're going to have to replace it sooner or later.

When you do get to that point, you'll need to read this: Game Help:TS3 System Requirementswiki, as well as the stickies in Computer Hardware & Software (where you originally posted).

Wow, are you serious?

Weird, since I've fixed the graphic problem slightly, the only problem I get now is a little blurring into fabrics. But other than that, I've had no problem with loading, crashing, or anything like that.
I was thinking it might have something to do with the little memory I have left, which is causing me to back up all my Sims 2 stuff and uninstalling all of it :/

And terribly sorry for posting in a small font T_T;

Yep, I'm serious - you may not start seeing issues right away, as your hardware will probably hold out a little while longer, but I'm afraid it is just a matter of time.

No, HD memory would only affect TS3 if you really had a tiny amount left - I mean less than a few hundred Megabytes - and it would cause stuttering and saving problems, not graphics problems.

I think my problem is fixed;;

Opening in windowed mode makes graphics 100% clear.
Is this safe or should I expect to kill Dell for a spaztastic laptop for the countless time?

:]

Also, thank you ever so much for taking the time to help me; greatly apprecited <3

EDIT: Hmm, actually, it seems to run slower than in fullscreen, or could this be due to too many windows open and switching between each one?

Running in windowed mode will help, yeah - not permanently, but it can make things more bearable. Yes, having lots of stuff running in the background will slow the game down.
