Default Difference between partnership and ownership in terms of profit?
I'm just wondering if anyone has any idea what the difference is, when it comes to real estate, if there is any difference between partnership and ownership in terms of profit? How much more does a sim usually earn from being the owner of a business (like the book store, for an example) rather than just being a partner? Is there even a difference?
