There was a functional one by PCsims (if the Sims2Graveyard site comes back on track - I think it's still down, but somewhat accessible through the Wayback machine, here: https://web.archive.org/web/2017122...ms-smb?start=50 (under "household stuff" - but it doesn't look like the ironing board is accessible)

Also, you may want to reconsider the heading, because I (possibly others as well) thought you were looking for a fax machine.

MTS doesn't allow for requests, though other sites like GoS do, but make sure you read their guidelines first.

For curly hair, have you tried looking through http://allthehairs.podserver.info/? 'Texture type' is about whether you want the textures to be more matte and closer to what's in the game (Maxis Match) or more shiny/realistic (Pooklet), in case you didn't know. If you need more help just ask.
I think the long braided hair is one by Lealilith, they did more hair like that, just look for them on the site I linked to.
It seems you like the look of Sims 4 clothing for the Sims 2, have you looked through e-neillan's tumblr yet? They convert a LOT form TS4 to TS2.
For the houses, you seem to like the Modern style a lot, maybe even Modern Minimalistic? Have you tried looking with those terms? Sorry, can't help you with that aside from that.
