Default WCIF - Broken Down/Demolished Houses and Buildings
Am in the midst of a new save where the sim is a survivor one-generation in of a nuclear apocalypse. I need to find houses that look burnt down, half demolished or are falling apart to fit the scenery of a post-apocalyptic world.

Can anyone point me to some stuff like that?

There are all sorts of lots, community and residential in The Roseward World that can be extracted to your bin if you don't want to play the world.

Seconding the Arcadia rec. It's a large, roadless world (2048x2048) and plays really well. It's extremely detailed and very well thought out- it's one of the best worlds I think I've played and I've never noticed any lag with it.
The lots are very run down looking but still very functional and there's also some hidden surprises.
