This time I've done something for the senators.... It's Sheltay retrac's gown from Ep3... The dress was originally intented to be one of Padmé's gowns, but because she had to hide her pregnancy and George Lucas liked the design it was made for Sheltay Retrac instead...
You'll need the mesh from Brianna
You can use this gown as Everyday, Formal and Sleepwear....
The cape I used requires generalzoi's mesh you can also use the dress without the cape because it's an accessory...
