I need help to add custom items to Sims 4...
What i need to know is how to add my custom designs to my game?. How to convert them to package so i can use it?.

I attached some images of a bridge i made (Not the best thing but is something)

I have:

Milkshape 3d
The Sims Studio 4
Blender
TSR Workshop


Please someone teach me what i need to do.

If you're using Sims 4 Studio, try this step-by-step tutorial on getting your object into the game: Create a new object mesh .package from an existing mesh

The tutorial assumes the importing of a mesh saved in .obj format into Blender. As you say you use both Blender and Milkshape, then if you've already made your mesh with Blender and saved it as a .blend, you'll be Appending your mesh to the EA clone rather than Importing an .obj. If you've made your mesh with Milkshape rather than Blender, then save it as an .obj and Import it as instructed in the tutorial.
