Thank you for making it possible for a technophobe to still be able to write novels and such without needing technology and avoiding the whole mood irritation that comes with using technology for the technophobe sims.

Been looking for something like this for my poor Sims. It sucked only being able to work on writing at the library because they couldn't afford a computer. :p

I can finally have my Sims pursue writing without buying a laptop that costs 2000 Simoleons. You are a genius, and I thank you.

Ok, so I put it in and bought it through buy mode and put it on the table so my sim could use it. When I click the notebook the interactions menu pops up like it should, but then she doesn't do it even though she has a desk and a table to choose from. Is this a mod problem or a sim problem?

Thank you for this. I do have a bug report technically: four genres are unusable but show up as unlabeled buttons and will cause the writer to go on a never ending writing tangent that never results in a completed novel. One of those genres I recall is poetry. I also know that writing comics is completely separated out on the computer from the rest of the genres and does not show up either on the scribbling pad. I do have all expansion packs so all writable genres are available to me.

Thank you for this great mod, i love it. I am playing with actual schools instead of rabbitholes and your pad fits in perfectly. Only trouble i have is that my kids tend to take the scribbling pads with them. If you ever feel like working on this again could you maybe make an unportable version as well?
