Do you mean a truck? Dr. Pixel made three trucks that can be used to sell things from in OFB. (These are not drive-able vehicles. They are display shelves that only look like vehicles.)

I want to open a business, being able to really prepare pizzas, ice cream etc. etc. etc.

Pcsims has a pizza maker, but the pizza needs fixing since it sells for something like $1

There is edible ice cream from the fridge or the comes mentioned above. They can be set for sale, but if you mean a sim makes it and hands it over, no, nothing like has ever been made. if they buy ice cream/pizza/fries you could make them selectable, use a build buy enabler to grab the food from their inventory, tell them to sit down and eat it.

If you want a place that sims sit and eat without messing around with inventories you have to make do with one of exems payable plates/carts of food/simwardrobes pay buffet. Money can be made via ticket machine, pay door or just off the plates/cart/buffet itself. I use a ticket machine and a dessert cart for my cafe.

Actually, those items do sell well-and the exnem dessert cart cashes out at $5 apiece on a community lot-his other items also do the same.Setting up a store with ice cream and pizza is fairly easy as well.

One of my most popular lots has the dessert cart on it, and it's wildly popular. But I agree with Jo-nothing has ever been made to imitate people selling items.

You could just make a restaurant and only sell pizza and icecream there.

I bet the espresso bar could be cloned and modded to make it sell other types of food or at least other beverages.
