OP, ask over at the help forums and add a little more information. Like what version you're running, if it's modded, what your computer specs are, etc.

It was a genuin question, as she has 12 in her name, that might be the case.

Having seen me before? lolz ... I've been here for ages, so that wouldn't be at all strange. Misunderstandings happens on forums, people interpret other peoples words in light of their own experience, so it's not always only one side who's in the wrong.

To get back on track, @VampireSim12 it's hard for us to get anything out of your situation as it is for you to fix your game If you don't provide details: How/when the game broke, what (If any) CC and mods/hacks you use, your computer specs (google If you don't what are they or how to list them in), etc. Without doing so we will be guessing million of reasons of why your game doesn't load without any foundation to start from.

I don't think they're around anymore. Their last log in was a week ago, if they're still around they can post in the Help forums.
