Default WCIF the wishing well?
I looked very hard for it, but I couldn`t find it.
[but then again, I looked EXTREMELY HARD for the roller rink....and still didn`t find it.]

Is it a reward?
Or in buy//build mode?

It's a reward if you got an extremely high score from the garden club.

Yeah as said above it is a reward objects for getting a high score from the garden club.

The roller rink is only for community lots, I believe.

nope the roller rink and iceskate rink can be used on residential lots its just huge so can be hard to get one on a lot the goths have both in my game lol or rather did before i restrted that hood

I think the rinks are both found under Hobbies [not sure which sub section] where the bowling lane is and the darts.
