It may be hard to see because of the night lighting, but that is a Maxis zombie skin. Here are some pics of the same sim in my game with Maxis default zombie skin. Only the eyes are custom in these screenshots.

I use only Maxis content for sims. I don't use Custom Content for sims.

Thanks for screwing in my new lawn lamp...by doing the twist on it. Not impressed.

Actually I hate booth tables, the Sims often refuse to sit there. Had a sim get to a seat at the back between 2 other seated sims; she sat on someone's lap! then zip she went UNDER THE TABLE to sit in her seat. Not cool.
