Default How does Pets genetic works?
I haven't experienced much with this and I wonder.
If I have 2 labs..one beige almost white, and one dark brown..what will their offsprings look like? Will they be beige..brown, both equally? What are the odds.
Can they have different coats, pet markings etc?
How does the game chooses...

I believe the game takes the base coat from either the Mum or Dad and then random coats from each parent. As a side note, if you change the appearance of a pet and change their markings - it will become genetic and they will pass it on to their litter, so if you don't like which markings the pet has, you can change it.

Also, puppies and kittens will have the base coat they've inherited as their color until they grow up. So if you use the default pets, you can expect unexpected colors, as they're often heavily layered. Then again, many layers can give interesting colors and patterns in the litters.
