I found out that it looks like this creator has a new website here: http://abuk0.weebly.com/ and it says they are reuploading the content, just slowly, so I sent them a contact request through their site to ask about it..
It also looks like some of their content is already on TSR but it's mostly patterns and art https://www.thesimsresource.com/mem.../skipsetitems/1

I found this only after I searched abuk0 with a zero instead of an 0, lol.

forgot to mention that I also found abuk0's new site before I started this topic, unfortunately his hulu outdoor set hasn't been uploaded yet, looks like I wil have to wait until they do so or someone popup with a link

I do know that it was formely upload to allaboutsims, a forum which doesn't exist anymore, I even used the wayback machine but it required registration to download ofc, but it was useless since the forum is no more lol
