Default No more Plastic Surgery Errors?/No more route fail tantrums? (SOLVED)
Plastic Surgery Mod: Is there a mod out there to prevent the plastic surgery gone wrong on the Dr. Vu's Automated Cosmetic Surgeon? I can't seem to find one. I even level my sim's aspiration up before using it to see if that makes a difference and it doesn't.

Route Fail Mod:
Also, I found this mod for the sims 3, but has anyone made it for the sims 2? It's quite annoying when a sim has a stomping tantrum when they can't complete a route set or can't walk to a certain area.

Gussy Up by Christianlov will do cosmetic surgery, it also buys clothes, plans clothes, change appearance like at a mirror.
It's called PluginCloset. It has no Season outerwear since it was made before Seasons. Works with all EP's and gets added to every sims pie menu -every sim so don't click on certain NPC's like crumplebutt or social worker etc. Drop in your Download folder. https://simfileshare.net/download/838183/

Pescado has noroutefail.

noroutefail.package

This is an improved version of the original "No Route Fail" that retains some feedback (the route failure thought) and reduces the abruptness of the stop, while continuing to eliminate the screaming hissy fit in the annoyingly loud, obnoxious, and generally violence-inducing voice. Now you can see that something is clearly blocked if you did it on accident, without having to constantly listen to that screaming if it is, in fact, blocked deliberately and you have no intent of moving it precisely because you DON'T want them to have access.

Where is the package file in there for the noroutefail? I looked at every page, maybe I missed it?

It's in there. Under Apartment Life - Hacks (presuming you have all EPs).

Other mods that will also do plastic surgery:

1. Christianlov's clothing rack. This object is a little clunkier to use than his Gussy Up mod, but has a few more options and was updated for seasons. "Change Appearance" will first run the Plastic Surgery function and then automatically go to Change Appearance.

2. TwoJeffs' Sim Blender. Under Appearance > (Sim's Name) > Makeover

3. Aaroneus' Sim Manipulator. Under Misc. > Plastic Surgery
