It's funny how Mary Sue is so taken with Beau-I think she was always the rival that Angela didn't think she had-or perhaps she did and just ignored her. Because in my game, Mary Sue never is not half in love with Beau. He's been involved with her no matter if he was married or not. Even Kaylynn cannot compete with her.

For medieval or just magical/magitech hoods, how about a Roc that is cloned from the helicopter, and given bird of prey sound effects instead of the helicopter blades. And what if using the Roc will sometimes put a feather into the inventories of sims. The Roc's feather would allow sims to jump fences or other obstructions

Well, it works better for most purposes. If you want to abuse the matchmaker mechanic to get 50 first dates quickly, it's not so good.

It has the built in feature of being able to tell it to ignore townies. And for myself, I fixed the bi option pie menu to remove the annoying biphobia.

I would like to see a mod that gives plantsims child, teen, and YA age stages. I don't feel like you really get to know the sim when they instantly grow up to an adult four days after being born.

In my experience, yes. It's been some time since I last tried it, so I can't say if it was changed/updated, but if the other (non pregnant) parent is anyone other than the partner, for any reason, they get mad about it. I also felt that the logic required to know the unborn child was someone else's was so low (3 skill points IIRC) that just about everyone "knew"

Actually, if you use the Maxis Pollination Technician, the spouse won't get angry. But if you use a multi-PT mod, they will. It has to do with the GUID.

Carrigon made a mod to get Plantsim children and teens, but I can't find a link to it that isn't dead.

I think this mod http://modthesims.info/d/492769 with the skin and clothes linked to in the description would allow for fairly realistic plantsim kids and teens. There is also unlocked hair, but isn't for teens http://modthesims.info/d/286496

I wish I had a hack that would only allow sims to watch movies on community lots. I want to build a cinema, but I don't want sims sitting in there watching the weather channel -__-

It seems like it would work better to make a hacked tv that only plays movies, that way you could still tune TVs to the sports channel on your bar community lots.

I believe that if you have Chris Hatch's globe, there's an option to turn off the jealousy. You can disable it temporarily just before the pregnancy bump.

It's even worse when the evil witches cause the thunderstorms and then lose stars because a tree predictably caught fire. Now I have Cyjon's mod that reduces lightning fires. It was a bit ridiculous how often they occurred.

Years ago I had the Carrigon mod I mentioned. It changes kids and teens motives to Plantsim motives. If we had both the clothes and this mod, we would be good to go.

If you have your sims talk to this little glowy tree, they will become Plantsims.

You can make toddlers, adults, and elders into Plantsims.

Teens can aquire the Plantsim motives, however, teens will NOT change skin or hair. You can use custom skins and hair on them and they will act just like Plantsims. There is NO cure for a teen, so becareful and be sure you want this for them. Also, it has not been tested with aging a teen into an adult. So use with caution. I did not enable it for kids since it hasn't been tested enough in the aging area.

There should be no autonomy on this object, so it will only happen if you direct your sims to become Plantsims. I did not include any cure here. To cure them, you need a potion from the Garden Society or the Gypsy.

This object can be alittle hard to click on or pick up. You need to click at the base of it.

Installation: Place package in downloads. Look for it in appliances/all. This file has a unique GUID, so it won't conflict if you have the decorative tree version.

UPDATE 3/19/07: I enabled this for child sims. You can make them have plantsim motives. However, just like the teens, they will not change hair or skin. And there may not be an easy cure. You might have to age them, cure them, then age them back down, if you choose. The skins in my screenshot are from Xianah's new Plantsim Skin Collection.
