Default Thew format of TS4 textures
Okay folks, I found the way to recognize the IMG files of the paintings via S4PE, but I get struck in opening them. The IMG files are .dds, I know, and I always used, with TS3, GIMP with his .dds plugin, and it worked all the time. But now two new formats of these .dds files have appeared, DST1 and DST5, and GIMP cannot open them. There's a way to open the without buying a photoshop license?

paint.Net will open them. I use this programme now because GIMP won't open them either. Just Google Paint.NET and download that, follow the instructions and you should be right. Hope I've helped in a small way.
