This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, Late Night, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default CAW not letting me edit Twinbrook
So, I followed that thread explaining how to do it, blah blah,
- make a copy of Twinbrook and rename it
- edit with S3PE so CAW will open it
- open in CAW and then it doesn't work: "Unable to open file --------- Cannot load packed file {0} in CAW"

Why? Any help? I deleted the WPID: 0xF609FD60, I imported Twinbrook resources into the new world file and all that crap...

Do a websearch for "Unable to open file --------- Cannot load packed file {0} in CAW", you will find several threads on the topic ..and several solutions offered.
