Another oversized lump of concrete, and it doesn't even have a style of it's own.

It looks to me like you're going to struggle both with fitting the floorplan on the biggest lot and the height limit of 5 floors.

What aspects are you struggling with Miolta?

I'd say that you're probably going to have to do a scaled down mansion "in the style of" rather than an exact replica as the size issue Volvenom mentioned is likely to be a problem.

@ Volvenom, its concrete because its not finished yet in the real life pictures, I'm sure that the OP wasn't planning on leaving it like a half finished building site.

Yeah, i'm planning to do something look-alike. For how it will look in real life, here's renderings

For what i'm struggling is that i want to try to make an additional floor - we can see that on the entrance it's 2 floors, but on other side there's additional 3rd floor down.

Yes I realise that, but that doesn't change my opinion. It's still going to be a lump of concrete with probably some very expensive stone tiles outside.

is it something you are working on? or would you like to know if someone would build it?

I have build a lot of lot-filling buildings myself but the style does not really appeal to me as it is to (pardon me for saying this) American Disney version of what is slightly striking a resemblance to something I have seen on a photograph of something build in France"

I prefer the millionaire Sim-mansions to be more like the gilded age mansions or even the old grand mansions from the UK or France.

smaller,faster,better....

I did this a couple years ago and didn't even want to finish. The floor plans show that it's essentially a giant empty box.

Miolita- If I understand your question, you want to know how to make a building that has a different number of levels from the back than what you can see from the front? This can be achieved by using the CFE cheat. This is a more advanced building technique. If you are not familiar with using it, I can link to some tutorials.

I use this Versailles lot by Sarademoor, on the TS3 exchange, when I want an elegant hall or ballroom in my game. Sara is a great builder. One of her lots was featured in the EA trailer for the Supernatural EP. Maybe it will inspire you:

This is a work in progress, a whole Versailles world. I don't think it was ever finished, but again it may provide inspiration:

Please post again if you want links to the tutorials or if you have any questions. Good luck!
