Default Export GEOM using postal?
I'm trying to make a necklace with Blender, so i used this to download the plugins
http://modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=355471

The instructions say to export GEOM using postal or Sim3pe

Im new to this so how do I do that?
On Postal I right clicked the geoms of the package and clicked export. Then I tried to open them in blender and this message pops up

what am I doing wrong?

Sadly, since EA's bone system changed throughout the years, the plugin is outdated. I would recommend trying to use Milkshape instead to import any GEOM files. I would recommend using this plugin instead: http://modthesims.info/t/357403
Though it's almost impossible to use only blender when meshing, If you really wanna mesh with Blender, I would import the GEOM in Milkshape, export it as a OBJ and then import it as a obj in Blender. And after making the changes, I would reimport it as a OBJ in milkshape and give meshtoolkit a try to add the morphs and bones!
Not sure if you have ever worked with meshtoolkit before? ^-^
