This is lovely! If I'm so inclined in the future, I might attempt to change the texture to another creator's (for my own personal use, or uploaded with express permission). Depends upon how difficult it's gonna be for me. However, if I were to do that, you've already done more than half the work!

Glad you like these, but no, sorry. As I already said on the Overview page under 'Technical Notes': "I also don't plan to make these for children and toddlers, as they were enough of a headache to get working for adults!" It's not a 'slight request'! Kids will have to grow into their 2-coloured eyes when they age up to teen.

If you're able to change the name, heterochromia is the proper name for having two different colored eyes. My mom has heterochromia, thats why I know.

Whats nocturnal, fanged, glowy-eyed, and carniverous? A vampire? No! A kitty cat!

Been looking for a long time for a Complete Heterochromia mod.

Would you be able to make another version, with Partial Heterochromia?
Such as:

Sectoral Heterochromia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:HeterochromiaEye.jpg
and
Central Heterochromia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:H...Blue_Orange.png
I myself have Central Heterochromia, Dark Brown around the pupil, out to Dark Green around the outside.

If you could make 2 more versions with these recolour areas, that would be epic, thanks.

I won't be doing that, simply because I don't have the talent to make good realistic-looking eye textures (as I mentioned in the Overview page for this download) - if I did that on the textures I made these eyes with (the default EA textures, which are very plain and unrealistic-looking), it would just look really bad. I'd be happy for someone who makes good realistic-looking eye textures to do it if they felt so inclined, though, because I think the effect would look really good if done properly.

Interesting about your central heterochromia, I have it too, in almost exactly the same version as you - my eyes are medium-light brown around the pupil, then dark green everywhere else!

Actually, for central heterochromia, you might find one of these useful: http://www.modthesims.info/d/366911 , http://www.modthesims.info/d/415082

EDIT: Ah, and another one with a recolourable central iris just went up last night, that's good timing: http://www.modthesims.info/d/459942

I also want the different types of Heterochromia. I have complete Heterochromia where my right eye is a darker shade of green than my left eye. I also have central Heterochromia where the area around the pupil is a light green, lighter than my left eye. For some reason its only different shades of green. My mom has one brown eye, one hazel.

That's great, thank you for the first comment on the new eyes - as they're my first attempt at making a realistic eye texture, I hoped downloaders would find them OK enough.

Only on the sim you put them on. They are an accessory that fits over the sim's default eyes.

Great job on this! The two different colored eyes look great. I like the solid different colored eyes too. If I may make a suggestion; is it possible to combine both the Solid and the regular different colored eye mods into one where a Sim could have one solid and one "normal?." Just an idea.

I won't be doing that, but you can try this, making it all one colour: http://www.modthesims.info/d/450143 . It's the same mesh but sits a little further forward.

Default Awesome
Wonderful. Love it. Love everything about it. Any chance you could make a mod of the 2 color iris ones with slit pupils, instead of round? Bonus points if they also have a very slight glow look, to really hammer in the intensity.

Looking all over for decent Sollux eyes; I hope they aren't labelled as earrings so I can have use for them!
