Hello, there are some excellent beginner tutorials for Sims 2. The later Sims versions tutorials are not so in-depth. What version did you want to create meshes for? The image you posted is broken so I have no idea what you want to create.
Basically, you need to clone an item that is somewhat similar to what you want to make, i.e. Clone clothing for clothing meshes, chairs, for chair meshes, frames for picture meshes, etc. That way you get all the game's resource files. If you just go off and make a mesh you won't be able to import it to the Sims games. You need the resource files so the mesh will work in game.
