This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default the sims 2 ultimate collection: bodyshop crashing when starting it (windows 10)
Hello! I've a problem.
I have The sims 2 ultimate collection installed on my win 10 pc and it works, but when I try to open Bodyshop it crashes already. Before I had Windows 7 and it works.
Can you help me?

There are various things you can try. Start by deleting any cache files in your Sims folder, particularly cigen.package

If it's not co-operating, another thing you might try is running it in a compatible mode - i.e. for Win7 rather than 10.

Well, I tried to delete any cache files and I tried any compatible mode (xp, vista, 7, 8), but it's not working D:
