I wanted to create a decor for a house. Well a skyscraper really. Here's is an example of what I mean.

It' s not this actual building but this is the type of thing I mean.
So what I want to know is,
1. what is the best kind of object to clone for this.
And
2.
How tall can it be?
I want it to be about 8 stories.
Also if I want to create a false roof. What kind of object might I use for that.
