My Prisoner: The Servant Girl
This is how I keep my servant girl in the castle and cooking.

I wait for the servant girl to go to the room that I have designated as a kitchen. It is loaded with cooking objects and a place for her to rest her feet. And then I set up a barrier of tables to keep her there.

Of course, if at any time my monarch needs to talk to her, I can shift-click to her side of the room to teleport in (with cheats enabled).

Here's a photo of my set-up:

Well, that's one way to keep the servant out of your bedroom when your trying to woohoo.

I wonder which side of the doorways will stop NPCs from going into the "bedroom" areas.

ODL, I tried this and the Royal Family nearly starved to death. I didn't realize how often they autonomously cooked for themselves.

Poor Lacey the Servant. :-) Build another oven so the Royal Family won't starve!
