I recently bought WA and I encountered problems with my custom content so I compleatly uninstalled everything, deleting all the left over files, following the information on here on how to make sure its all gone, once everything had been deleted, the resource.cfg file, mods folder, everything, I reinstalled the base game and ep1. It ran fine didnt crash or anything, but it wont let me select a household, only create a sim and move in household. There is no mods no cc or anything in my game I made sure of it so I dont understand why? Is this a bug? cause it wont even show occupied households or empty houses/lots at all.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Could you provide Operating System and patch version you have, please?
Before you installed WA, did the base game ran OK?
After you've reinstalled, you started over with fresh set of user files (in Documents), too?
