Default What Is the Flag? (DeltaBuild2)
I'm planning on making some flags, but I can't find the flag itself. I can find the flagpoles in DeltaBuild2 using S3PE, but the flag itself? Buried somewhere. Where can I find the flag, and if so, is there an easy explanation to find and modify it?
