Default Fix face count mismatch?
Can this be fixed without matching the vertex? Because fixing it will change the size of the fat morph to the thin one.

Face count mismatch... Do you mean that your fat morph has more faces than your regular morph? You will get an error message if that's the case.

You don't need more vertices/faces to make a fat morph. You just need to pull the existing ones into different positions.

Pull the existing ones.. to match with the body, right?

You don't need to match the vertices to anything, unless you're making separates. If it's a full-body mesh, you just need to pull the vertices around to make it look like the stomach/hips/legs/etc. are stretched and fatter.
