Default Creating a new face type in milkshape?
Forgive me if this is in the wrong place, I've been trying to figure out how to make an entirely new face type, with the current ingame tools not able to do what I want, is there any tutorial on how to make a new face template in milkshape? I believe I would need the face mesh?

Do you want to make a new template that will be added to the existing presets in Bodyshop/CAS, or modify the face of an existing sim?

What I lack in decorum, I make up for with an absence of tact.

A new type, I saw one face template called ELF deliciousness, the preview picture looked like it was made in milkshape. I'm not sure if the face type can be made in the game itself, I wanted to make genetic animal ears for the sims, that sat on top of their head, instead of using an accessories.

That's relatively straightforward. This explains (fairly briefly) how to get the face mesh into Milkshape and then back into the game: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=207836
And this one explains how to turn a default replacement face template (which is what you'll have created by step 6 of HP's tutorial) into a non-default: http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/s...48194#msg248194

Does that answer the question, or are you still confused?

I looked around and did as it was told in the tutorial, except the face in milkshape is at an odd angle, so I can't get a good view of it, also is there anyway to fully select one whole part? I am using the goat arch type template from DavidR57, and I can't seem to select the whole ear, front and pack so I could move it upward, it only selects some part of it and It's hard to select the other half. Do we have to export the GDMC in XYZ?
