Thank you for your many smartly designed, realistically-sized starter homes! This one is my favorite so far. Too many starter homes out there are like small to mid-size mansions, but yours are perfect.

Another great upload! I have downloaded and played a lot of your houses, and most of them don't just look good, they're also very practical in game! So keep up the good work!

I have the hardest time for some reason making one level starter homes. You do such a great job at them and they're affordable to starting out Sims. Thank you so much.
