This tread is so inspiring! :D I'm currently starting up sims to make over some townies too! (witch is great, the sims my legacy sims marry to will now be pretty!) I'll make sure I post some pictures. |

I didn't use any surgery on these guys, but I do have default face templates. I also forgot to take before pics, sorry.  Anyway, this was a townie walk-by formerly named Sheldon Fong (at least, I'm pretty sure that was his name), whom I re-named Lamar Jones.  I have deemed him pretty enough to survive my upcoming townie apocalypse.  I may also change his hair to better-looking cornrows.This was the officer who showed up when I had Tara Kat adopt another kitten (because in my opinion, you must have at least four cats to officially qualify as a "cat lady"), ...something...Melon.  I decided to make her and Tara bffs in hopes that both will now want to get out more. Plus, they just seemed like they'd fit together. |

 Don Lothario  Bella Goth  Dirk Dreamer. He's freaking adorable.  I should mention that there's no surgery for any of these Sims. :D |

Remember La Shawn from Apartment Life? With her hideous 'gamer' outfit and super dark lipstick? I thought she had a nice face structure behind all that, so she became one of my sim's gf, and I HAD to give her a makeover. I havent changed her clothes as theres no clothing store in my town yet xD  After  Edit: added one more of her with new clothes :P  |

I don't normally use surgery on sims, but without custom content, it's really hard to make some sims acceptable looking. The best way I have found to accomplish this is to have a playable simmie open a salon as a home business. Before you know it, you can have alot of your townies and NPC's made over, and boy, it sure makes a difference! Once your rating begins to rise, they tend to flock to you lot and you have all of the business that you can handle! I once used the simlogical bush to transport townies to the lot during slow times, and this sped it up even more. Now I rarely have a "fugly" sim in my town. The ones there now, I've made them that way. lol!
