Ahhh, that's the first time I find a stubble like my boyfriend's one!Until now I had to put more stubble on his selfsim than he's able to have.Thanks a lot! :D

It means the blond only shows up when your sim is blond, and brown when your sim is a brunette in CAS. In game, when you click on facial hair and look through the colors, each fuzzy is in the proper color catagory, or, "bin".
