Ditto. She is, urhmm. Weird.

And that right there is the answer to the question. Weird is supposed to = interesting. That kind of interesting is supposed to drive sales well enough to justify fame. Legitimate talent is a plus (see: Jackson, Michael) but not always deemed necessary.

Anything that my son listens to over...and over...and over...again. Mostly, it's stuff by Slipknot, Disturb'd, and Bullet for My Valentine. I don't usually encourage him to use his headphones because I'm afraid he'll be deaf by the time he's 18, but that's what I've resorted to now. I just can't take it anymore.

I'm mostly found on (and mostly upload to) Tumblr these days because, alas, there are only 24 hours in a day.

Which one? They all sound exactly the same.

For me, it's Apologize by OneRepublic. And then the remix with Timbaland in the background making strange noises? No thanks.

AH, I HATE that song because it's been so overplayed!

Pretty much anything by Led Zeppelin -- after hearing them all my life, I'm tired of it.
Any rap music -- doesn't take talent to shout or chant filth.
Not qualified to slam country singers since I never listen to the crap.
that new song called something like put the world (or earth?) in jars, stupid, stupid, stupid
System of the Down -- which has more to do with Serge than their music. The year they came out, he stood on a stage and insulted the American way of life in front of 50,000 Americans.
Nothingface. Gawd, what an awful band.

The list goes on . . . .

Any song by Beyonce. I don't think she can sing, and she is disgustingly overhyped IMO. Whenever I see her on my TV or in a magazine I wanna throw something sharp and/or heavy at her.

Just to echo everyone else, the 'I Gotta Feeling' song by the Black Eyed Peas. Every time I hear that damn song I start to think "Hey, maybe tonight will be a good night" and I am always disappointed.

Fireflies, Welcome to Seattle, or anything else by Owl City. Because The Postal Service did it first, and they did it oh so much better.

Any rap or RnB, because they are mostly about love, sex, and prostitutes. I go into clothing store and that is all I hear...
