The package is all right, but the object is not showing up in the game.
It has a custom script attached to it.

What's wrong?

I cloned the object in TSW, edited the mesh/texture, exported to package, edited the OBJK and made the S3SA resource.

(It should be showing on the Electronics)

You broke the package by doing so. It will probably work if you export all resources and import them to a new package. Or maybe it's sufficient to import the resources directly from the old package.
