I tried to edit the above post to put a link, but the same thing happened. Can anyone edit a post?
Here's the link, but it seems irrelevant now....

I decided to bring this up also here under this "Edit Post" I was in the section for Creator Feedback, under the Sims 2 I made a reply there about a member hair ( Coolsim Mesh 25 retexture ) I wanted to edit my reply for I had make some typo or mis-types.

After I edit my mistakes and click on Save Changes the post "Would Not " change over to do so, any other words it did not roll over with my new corrections of words. It was just at a stand still. ( Hope I am clear here. )

Delphy, I think I was typing the problem at the time you was working on it. All seem to be just fine now with editing posts. Thank you

I just tried it in 4 different browsers (FF 3.6, Chrome 10, Opera 11 and Safari 5), as both myself and a normal user. Worked fine every time.

If you do a View Source, do you see *any* HTML at all? Or is it entirely blank? What does Firebug / Developer Tools say?

I tried in IE, still just blank. View source also completely blank.
I don't know what Firebug/Developer tools are.

This is very odd - I've been testing all night, in Opera 11.01 and FF 3.6.16, both servers, and apart from the submit button not working (now fixed) I have had no problems.

Mootilda, can you try following this link, please - and see if it works? http://www.modthesims.info/editpost...3481675&regen=1
And el_flel, try this one? http://www.modthesims.info/editpost...3481675&regen=1

By the way - you should still be able to use the Quick Edit button, even if you're having trouble with the normal one.

So now the question is - do people *like* the new Quick Reply and Edit Post screens?

I do! They look much sleeker than the old ones. I definitely think that they're an improvement :-) Good work Delphy! (as usual!) :-D

I really like them. They make the forum sooo much easier to load and use because you don't have to scroll through great long pages. It makes editing downloads loads easier too because everything is neatly categorised. I especially like not having to load a new page for the preview.

I do! This is very clever, instead of having to click it and then you need to go on to this and sometimes gets muddled up. It is very easier from just doing it in the other window. Thank you for updating!

Happy Simming!
