 Lighting?

Somewhere, I read that you could change the lighting of a lamp or ceiling light in the Sims 3. Only, I can't find the website so I can't figure out just how to do that because before, I was like "oh, cool maybe I'll try this sometime..." and then I never made the website a bookmark.  So, would any of you happen to know what I'm talking about? If so, do you know the cheat or where I can look for a guide?Thanks |

Thanks! Now I'm having trouble with the "intensity" of the color. I set the light to dim and orange but I want the light to be a little brighter and the numbers thingie confuses me..
